    Yes, the podcast modules are just the first course content release for customer service leaders. You can expect to see more courses coming on topics including customer strategy, continuous improvement, best-practice in complaints management, career development and more. Sign up to the mailing list below to make sure you hear about new content plans and release dates.

  • When can I expect new podcast modules to be available?

    We're building the back-catalogue of training resource modules for the previous podcast episodes right now, along with content for any new episodes. They'll be released as soon as each module is completed. Sign up to the mailing list and you'll be notified as soon as a resource is published.

  • What currency are course prices listed in?

    All courses are priced, and charged, in New Zealand dollars. The Stripe payment engine handles currency conversion if you're using a different local currency.

  • Are course prices inclusive of fees and taxes?

    Yes. You'll pay the price you see in New Zealand dollars. For NZ based purchasers, that includes GST at 15%.

  • What is a 'pre-order available now!' course?

    You'll see this if there's a course available to purchase, but with a future release date for the content. We'll always publish the release date so you know when you can get access to your content. We also e-mail everyone who's signed up, so you'll know the moment you can start the course.
